Coach Lavender became a part of the RHS staff in 2014. Before being named head coach in 2018, he served as a varsity assistant and freshman coach. After finishing the 2018-2019 season with a record of 9-18, Coach Lavender led the Rams to a 21-8 record in the 2019-2020 season. The Rams also finished the 2019-2020 season ranked 41st in the State, 11th amongst all Group 4 schools, and 3rd in the NJAC. Coach Lavender was named the 2020 Morris County Coach of the Year.

JV Head Coach 2018-2024
College: Rutgers University
Coach Torsiello, or "Coach T," played basketball at Roxbury High School, and played collegiately at the County College of Morris for the 2012-2013 season. Coach T has been the JV coach for the last two seasons, making it to the Morris County JV semi-finals in 2018-2019, and winning a JV County Championship in the 2019-2020 season.

Coach Novack led the RHS Freshman team to a 2019 Newton HS Freshman Holiday Tournament Championship and a 2019 Freshman Morris County Tournament Finals apperance.
